Q. What is included in the price?
A. There are two cost items, base lease rate and communications package. The base lease rate varies from suite to suite depending on square footage (see pricing). The communications package starts at $150 per month and includes phone, local service, 300 minutes of long distance service, internet line (T1), basic cable TV, and efax. The only extra charges would be for additional phone lines, international dialing, 800 service and extra LD minutes ($0.06 per minute).
Q. What else is included in the price?

We have a receptionist available to assist tenants from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Since there are only 10 offices, this person(s) is more familiar with each business thus enhancing the quality of service. The conference room will be available for presentations and business meetings. The conference room will seat 10 and offer a plasma monitor wired into our network for large screen presentations. We will furnish each office with a desk, chair, and credenza at no additional cost. If you want to upgrade the furniture quality we can discuss the upcharge. Also, for no additional charge, we will have available a "BizHub" color laser copier, scanner, printer. Each tenant will be allowed 300 copies or printed pages per month at no charge, and unlimited scanning. Each additional page copied or printed will be $0.03 color or B/W.
Q. What are the lease terms?
A. Minimum of 12 months
Q. When do the restaurants and shops open?
A. There are currently 5 restaurants available; most are open the same time as our offices. Some are open until late night. The shops are open 7 days a week, with hours that vary seasonally.
Q. Can the suites be shared by more than one person?
A. It is our preference to have the 10 offices occupied by 10 people. One administrative person will be allowed to work in the suite for no additional charge provided it doesn’t create more administrative work for our staff; i.e. more telephone answering, more mail, etc.
Q. How many parking spots are included?
A. There is ample parking around the building, in the YMCA lot, and in the village for one space per suite.

As Post Road and the surrounding highways continue to experience traffic growth, we hope that we can provide a great place to work that eliminates or dramatically reduces your commute, giving you more time to do what you enjoy. One of the benefits of only having 10 suites is the ability to customize or cater to each individual.
Q. What is the next step if I am interested in leasing a suite?
A. Please e-mail us and someone will contact you. The next step is completing the application and submitting your deposit. The deposit is one month's rent plus a $250 phone set up charge. In your email, please tell us a little about your business and your needs and/or requirements.
